You could be forgiven for thinking that I was going to launch into a message about Christmas, but given that we’re only just into May, that’d be a little incongruous.
You’ll be relieved to know that it’s not the festive season I wanted to talk about – it’s the exhibition one. It seems to be that this time of year is when all the shows are, and for us, it makes this time of year very busy indeed!
Two weeks ago, David manned our stand in Stockholm at the Scandinavian Electronics Event (SEE), and today Keith is at the PCB Design and Manufacturing show in Birmingham.
Today’s our fourth show of the year, and each show this year has reminded me of how important it is for us to be able to speak to engineers face to face.
For them, they’re able to pick our brains on our products, their various uses and the applications they’re busy with, and for us, we’re able to understand more about what engineers need and the challenges they face.
So my message today is two-fold really:
Firstly, if you are at a show that you know we’re at, please come and say hello – we’d love to welcome you onto the stand and chat.
Secondly, you don’t need to wait for a show to chat to us – we’d love to come and see you! If you’d benefit from a chat about incorporating data storage or data transfer into your applications, then just get in touch and we’ll put something in the diary.
